I do not teach AI from an armchair
I use it in companies every day, and I pass on what I learn from it, at Master, Executive and MBA level.
01 The approach
Real cases, with concrete output to take away.
I start from what I see in the field with Ablyos and NS Corp, not from a theoretical course on AI. Every session is built bespoke, around real cases, with one requirement: that participants leave with something they know how to do again.
A leader who does not understand their tools ends up at their mercy. My aim is the opposite: to make AI legible, so it serves the decision instead of clouding it. I extend these reflections in my research and my writing.
